Booking a session through ernaehrungsplan.at establishes a consultancy agreement. While we work alongside other health professionals, our role is strictly limited to nutritional planning and wellness coaching. Our experts do not issue prescriptions or curative directives. Clients are encouraged to maintain communication with their primary health providers throughout their nutritional transition.
3. Intellectual Property of Plans
All meal plans, habit-tracking templates, and educational materials provided during the consultation are the intellectual property of Ernaehrungsplan Graz. These documents are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold to third parties without explicit written consent.
Booking & Financial Commitments
Payment Terms
All consultation fees must be settled at the time of booking or according to the invoice terms provided. We accept standard electronic payments through our Graz office portal. Prices are quoted in Euro (€) and include all applicable taxes within Austria.
Cancellation Policy
To respect the scheduling of our nutrition experts and other clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the session value.
Digital Deliverables
Digital plans and educational resources are delivered via secure link within 3 business days following the consultation. Ensure your provided contact details are accurate to avoid delays.

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from the use of ernaehrungsplan.at or our services shall be settled in the competent courts of Graz.
